SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is FedEx or UPS. Most items
ship 2 to 4 weeks direct from the manufacturer. All items ship continental
US only freight free. Please note ship address cannot be P.O. Box #.

Truck Delivery
When needed, we will ship your order by truck.
All items ship freight free continental US only. It is very important
that we have your correct ship to address and ship address phone
number so the truck company ships to the proper address and has
the ability to contact you for delivery. It is your responsibility
to receive the freight and move the boxes from the back of the truck
wherever you want them.
Cushions and umbrellas are inspected and received by the freight carrier in new condition. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the merchandise upon arrival and file a damage claim with the carrier. Do not accept the order if damage is evident.
You must count the number of boxes and be sure the
number of boxes match the number of boxes shipped on the Bill of
Lading. This ensures all of the boxes shipped from the manufacturer
are received by you. You also should make every effort to inspect
your items before signing for them. If it is not possible to inspect
each item at delivery, make a visual inspection and note any potential
damage on the Packing Slip. Note any potential damage when you sign
(you may also sign “Pending Inspection” to protect your
purchases). Should your purchase arrive damaged, that is then the
responsibility of the Freight Company, and any/all claims would
be submitted to them.
Returns
Returns must be authorized by ErwinAndSonsCushions.com and must be accompanied by an invoice showing the date of purchase. No cancellation of orders will be honored after the fabric has been cut. Contact us for questions.
Change Orders
Change Orders may be made on Orders less than seven days old. After seven days change orders cannot be made.
Delivery Time
Due to the high quality of our products, most items
are made-to-order. When we receive your order, we immediately begin
the ordering process. Lead times depend on stock availability, manufacturing
schedules, and shipping time. All products show approximate lead
times on the product detail page.
Sales Tax
ErwinandSonscushions.com collects applicable sales and use taxes.

Due to hand building operations,
cushion sizes may vary slightly from catalog sizes. The
sizes indicated are measured from corner to corner.
Cushion specifications may not be exact to OEM/Manufacture. No alterations may be made on cushion or pillow size, fill or ties.
